Configure the conflict search engine

The SureClear conflict search engine uses standard search logic to find references to search parties within your existing system data and identify potential conflicts of interest for review and resolution. The conflict search engine can be customized to define the database entities, synonyms, word and character exclusions, and search parameters that meet your firm's best practices for risk and conflict management.

Following are the tasks a system administrator needs to perform to configure the search engine before your Conflict Management team begins running conflict searches:
