Manage narrative character lengths
Narrative character length limits control the maximum number of characters allowed for time entry narratives. Depending on your billing guidelines, a narrative character length limit can be configured at the firm level to apply to all entries and at the client and matter levels to set unique character limits for entries associated with specific clients and/or matters.
Note: Narrative character length limits are synced between SurePoint Cloud and LMS+ and can be configured in either product.
Note: If no character length limits are configured, the default maximum length for narratives is 5,000 characters.
