Work with saved informal conflict searches
All your saved informal searches, or the informal searches the person you are working on behalf of has saved, are listed on the Saved Searches screen. You can use this screen to re-run saved searches and see the current results. You can also edit saved searches to change the search criteria and delete saved searches that are no longer needed.
Tip: The terms saved with informal searches can be copied as keywords for new formal conflict searches. This can help ensure your Conflict Management team uses the exact same criteria used for an informal search when they perform the formal search. See Perform a formal conflict search.
