View the help

The SurePoint Cloud user help is available 24/7/365.

Click in the upper-left corner of any screen to view the corresponding help topic. The help opens in a new web browser tab so you can learn more about working on a screen without having to close that screen. Switch between the SurePoint Cloud tab and the help tab in your web browser as needed.

Note: You must be logged into SurePoint Cloud to access the user help. If you open or refresh the user help outside of a logged in session, you are prompted to log into SurePoint Cloud. When you log in, the Home screen appears and you must reopen the help from any other screen with in the upper-left corner.
