CFO dashboard

The CFO dashboard helps Chief Financial Officers or related staff who are responsible for tracking financial figures view key metrics related to the firm's overall financial health and performance. CFOs can use this dashboard to:

  • Identify the firm's current revenue and net income amounts.

  • See the firm's progress toward billable and non-billable hours goals.

  • View the firm's collection and billing rate realization percentages.

  • Track the firm's projected weekly cash flow for the next 13 weeks.

  • Identify how many workdays have occurred when billing staff members did not release time and which workdays have missing hours.

  • See the firm's current working capital, cash on hand, open accounts payable (AP), total income, and total expenses amounts.

  • Monitor the firm's total posted accounts receivable (AR) and at risk AR trends.

  • Track the firm's monthly and yearly billing trends.

  • View lists of the firm's top new clients and aged AR that have the most time billed to them.

The following widgets are included on this dashboard.

Note: Many widgets can show month-to-date (MTD) or year-to-date (YTD) metrics. To switch between monthly and yearly metrics, select the appropriate to-date option at the top of the dashboard. The widgets that show only monthly and yearly metrics refresh and the selected to-date option appears as green text.

Note: The main menu is not visible when viewing a SurePoint View dashboard. When you finish viewing a dashboard, click the SurePoint logo in the upper-left corner of the screen to return to the Home screen.
